Responsibilities

· Legal Research & Analysis:

Conduct in-depth research on case laws, statutes, and regulations to support legal strategy.

· Document Drafting:

Prepare and draft legal documents, including briefs, pleadings, contracts, and other legal correspondence as well as property documentation.

· Case Management:

Assist in managing cases by organizing files, coordinating exhibits, and keeping records up-to-date.

· Court Assistance:

Support senior advocates during court proceedings by preparing documents and potentially representing clients under direct supervision.

· Client Interaction:

Attend client meetings, gather information, and communicate updates, helping to build client relationships.

· Administrative Support:

Provide necessary administrative support to senior legal professionals.

Key Skills

· Strong legal research and analytical skills.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.

· Proficiency in legal drafting.

· Working Knowledge of Computer

. Education Qualification: B.L or LLB

. Preferably Male with two wheeler

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18, ₹20,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Egmore, Chennai, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Court: 2 years (Preferred)
