Position Overview:

IllusTech Infoway Pvt Ltd, a dynamic and innovative architecture and design firm based in Nagpur, is seeking a talented and motivated Junior Architect with strong skills in AutoCAD and SketchUp modeling to join our team. As a Junior Architect, you will play a crucial role in the design and development of various architectural projects. Key Responsibilities:

  • Design Development:

  • Assist in creating design concepts and presentations.

  • Develop detailed 3D models using SketchUp for various architectural projects.

  • Produce accurate and visually compelling renderings and visualizations.

  • Project Documentation:

  • Prepare detailed architectural drawings and plans.

  • Support the preparation of construction documents, including floor plans, elevations, and sections.

  • Collaborate with senior architects and project managers to ensure design intent is accurately conveyed.

  • Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the design team to ensure project goals and deadlines are met.

  • Participate in team meetings and design reviews.

  • Communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and contractors as needed.

  • Technical Support:

  • Provide technical support and expertise in AutoCAD and SketchUp modeling.

  • Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in architectural software and modeling techniques.

Qualifications:

* Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Diploma in Architecture.

  • Experience:

  • 1-2 years of experience in an architectural or design firm is preferred.

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp is required; experience with other design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.

  • Skills:

  • Strong 3D modeling and rendering skills using SketchUp.

  • Excellent graphic and visualization skills.

  • Solid understanding of architectural design principles and construction techniques.

  • Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and blueprints.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities.

  • Other Requirements:

  • Ability to work on-site at our Nagpur office.

  • Flexibility to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
