REQUIRED EXPERIENCE - Minimum 8 TO 10 YEARS

Location - Chennai & Karaikudi

  • Oversee and manage construction activities at the site related to solar installations, ensuring adherence to project specifications, codes and safety regulations.
  • Conduct regular site inspections across PAN India to identify potential risk at site and ensure compliance with engineering and design requirements.
  • Collaborate with project managers, architects and subcontractors to ensure timely project completion.
  • Analyse and interpret engineering plans and execute construction activities.
  • Coordinate the procurement and delivery of construction materials, ensuring their compliance with industry standards.
  • Identifying potential risks and implementing preventive measures to minimise project delays, cost overruns and safety hazards.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including inspection report, progress reports, change orders and quality control measures.
  • Ability to prepare bill of materials with cost estimates for civil related activities.
  • Ability to prepare work schedule and monitor regularly.
  • Gathering data, compiling reports and delivering presentations to relevant stakeholders.
  • Ability to use STAAD software to analysis design will have added advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30, ₹40,000.00 per month
