Job Description
SymphonyAI Industrial ) is a leader in artificial intelligence-based monitoring, analysis, and predictive solutions that optimize the health and operational performance of industrial assets and processes. Our state-of-the-art Generative AI and Predictive AI powered IRIS platform integrates with a wide variety of sensors, historical data libraries, and both new and existing data streams to provide real-time predictive insights and prescriptive recommendations across industrial domains.

As an AI Solutions Delivery Engineer at SymphonyAI Industrial, you will play a pivotal role in driving the deployment and adoption of cutting-edge AI solutions for global industrial clients. You will engage across multiple fronts—product development, data science, model build and delivery, value tracking, ROI demonstration, and client change management—to ensure that our solutions deliver measurable business outcomes. This role requires exceptional technical acumen, proven client engagement skills, and the ability to seamlessly collaborate with teams and stakeholders across the globe.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs, challenges, and objectives, and propose tailored AI solutions that deliver measurable value.
• Lead the end-to-end data lifecycle—data contextualization, analysis, and AI/ML model deployment—ensuring seamless integration with client systems and platforms.
• Manage AI service delivery projects, including planning, timelines, budgets, and stakeholder communication, while setting realistic expectations and ensuring client success.
• Engage across product development, data science, model building, delivery, and ROI/value tracking, driving adoption and measurable impact of AI solutions.
• Identify and mitigate project risks (e.g., data privacy, security, and model accuracy) through proactive communication and cross-functional coordination.
• Ensure high standards of quality through rigorous testing, validation, and performance evaluation of AI models prior to deployment.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers, guiding them on best practices for AI solution deployment.
• Support clients post-deployment with ongoing engagement, issue resolution, knowledge transfer, and change management activities.
• Monitor and optimize deployed AI solutions, ensuring long-term reliability and performance improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative or engineering discipline.
• 10+ years of experience in AI/ML-based project delivery and customer success, with 3+ years in data contextualization, analysis, and model deployment.
• Strong experience engaging and collaborating with US and European clients, demonstrating excellent communication and cultural adaptability.
• Proven ability to work across product development, data science, model deployment, ROI/value tracking, and change management to drive successful client outcomes.
• Proficiency in Python-based data science tools: Scikit-learn, NumPy, Pandas, TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch.
• Skilled with data visualization tools: Matplotlib, Plotly, Seaborn.
• Strong knowledge of MS Project and/or Microsoft Planner for effective project management and delivery tracking.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with technical and business stakeholders.
• Self-driven, quick learner, adaptable to the latest technologies, and capable of innovating at speed.
• Willingness to travel as required to support client success.
