What this job involves:

As the MAC (Move, Add, Change) Specialist at JLL, you will be responsible for executing relocation and migration projects within CAFM/IWMS technology systems while ensuring exceptional client satisfaction throughout the move management process. You will manage all move management activities in accordance with documented processes, maintain adherence to schedules and budgets, and ensure data accuracy within space technology systems for assigned locations. This role requires strong project coordination skills and attention to detail as you process client move requests and oversee the seamless execution of workplace changes. You will play a vital role in JLL's commitment to delivering transformative real estate solutions by facilitating efficient space management, coordinating complex relocations, and maintaining accurate space data that supports our clients' operational flexibility and workplace optimization.

What your day-to-day will look like:

Execute relocation and migration projects within CAFM/IWMS technology systems while coordinating all aspects of move management

Receive and process client move requests ensuring timely response and accurate project planning

Ensure all move management activities are performed consistently with documented processes and quality standards

Monitor adherence to move management schedules and budgets while proactively addressing potential delays or cost overruns

Maintain data accuracy within space technology systems for assigned locations including updates and validation

Coordinate with multiple stakeholders including clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless move execution

Provide regular status updates and communication to clients ensuring satisfaction throughout the entire move process.

Required Qualifications:

Experience with CAFM (Computer-Aided Facility Management) or IWMS (Integrated Workplace Management Systems) technology

Strong project coordination and management skills with ability to manage multiple relocations simultaneously

Excellent client service skills with demonstrated ability to ensure satisfaction throughout complex processes

Detail-oriented approach to data management and accuracy within technology systems

Strong organizational skills with ability to adhere to schedules and budget requirements

Excellent communication skills for coordinating with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders

Process-oriented mindset with ability to follow documented procedures and maintain quality standards.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in space planning, facilities management, or workplace services

Knowledge of move management best practices and industry standards

Project management certification or training with experience managing budgets and timelines

Experience with space management software and database systems

Background in client-facing roles with strong customer relationship management skills

Understanding of workplace design principles and space optimization strategies

Ability to work in fast-paced environments while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
