Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop chess curriculum for students based on their skill level and learning objectives.
  • Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions with students to improve their chess skills, strategy, and tactics.
  • Create engaging lesson plans that incorporate physical education activities to promote overall development of students.
  • Organize tournaments and events for students to apply their learned skills in a competitive setting.
  • Provide feedback and guidance to students on their performance, identifying areas of improvement.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 2-5 years of experience as a Chess Coach or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of chess rules, strategies, and tactics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective student interaction.
  • Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet diverse learning styles and abilities.
