We are seeking a reliable and experienced Roll Forming Machine Operator to join our production team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the setup, operation, and maintenance of our roll forming line to ensure high-quality and efficient production of metal profiles.

Core Responsibilities

  • Setup & Operation: Accurately set up and operate the roll forming machine, including tooling, guides, and cutting dies, according to work order specifications.
  • Material Handling: Safely load steel coils (HR, GI) onto the decoiler and monitor alignment throughout the run.
  • Quality Assurance (QA): Conduct continuous dimensional inspections using precision tools (calipers, micrometers) to ensure products meet all required quality and tolerance standards.
  • Maintenance & Safety: Perform routine preventative maintenance (cleaning, lubrication). Strictly adhere to all safety protocols and PPE requirements.
  • Reporting: Accurately track and record daily production data, scrap rates, and downtime, reporting machine status to the shift supervisor.

Requirements

  • Experience: 2+ years of proven experience operating Roll Forming equipment or similar heavy fabrication machinery.
  • Skills: Proficient in reading blueprints and using precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers). Basic mechanical aptitude for routine maintenance and troubleshooting.
  • Physical: Ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods.
