Position: Senior Engineer – Wet Wipes Manufacturing

Location: Navi Mumbai

Experience: 5 – 10 years

Industry: FMCG / Hygiene Products / Wet Wipes Manufacturing

Salary: As per industry standards

Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the entire production process of wet wipes, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to production targets.
  • Supervise and guide the technical team, operators, and maintenance staff on shift.
  • Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot any mechanical, electrical, or process-related issues.
  • Ensure compliance with GMP, hygiene, and safety standards in the production area.
  • Coordinate with R&D and Quality Control departments for product quality and process improvement.
  • Maintain preventive maintenance schedules for production machinery such as cutting, folding, wetting, and packaging lines.
  • Prepare daily and monthly production reports, downtime analysis, and efficiency tracking.
  • Participate in installation, commissioning, and validation of new equipment.
  • Optimize production processes for cost efficiency and minimal wastage.
  • Train team members on operational best practices and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Key Skills Required:

  • Strong technical knowledge of wet wipes manufacturing machines and packaging equipment.
  • Experience in process optimization, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance.
  • Understanding of GMP, ISO, and hygiene standards.
  • Leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines.

Qualification:

  • Diploma / B.E / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, or Production Engineering.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹40,000.00 per month
