Feathertouch operates corporate daycare centers in Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai & Pune, giving working women the freedom and career continuity they need.

We are looking for a Cluster Manager located in Bangalore.

Experience : 3-5 years

Responsibilities

Operations Management:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the preschool, ensuring smooth functioning and adherence to policies and procedures.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and stimulating learning environment.
  • Manage the center's budget and financial transactions.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards

Staff Management:

  • Supervise and mentor preschool teachers and staff.
  • Hire, train, and evaluate staff members.
  • Provide professional development opportunities for staff.
  • Address staff issues and concerns effectively.

Parent and Community Relations:

  • Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and development.
  • Organize and participate in parent-teacher meetings and events.
  • Build strong relationships with parents and the local community.

Admissions and Enrollment:

  • Manage the admissions process, including tours, applications, and enrollment.
  • Work with parents to ensure a smooth transition for children into the preschool.
  • Promote the preschool to attract new students.

Quality Assurance:

  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of the preschool program and services.
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance the learning environment.
  • Ensure that the preschool meets and exceeds quality standards.
