About the Role :

We're searching for a skilled and experienced SAP PLM Consultant to join our team in Bangalore.

In this role, you'll be instrumental in shaping the product lifecycle management landscape for our clients.

You'll be responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing SAP PLM solutions, ensuring they align with our clients' business goals and drive efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SAP PLM modules, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities :

- Process Analysis and Improvement: Act as a subject matter expert in SAP PLM, conducting thorough analysis of current business processes related to product lifecycle management.

- Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.

- Propose and implement innovative solutions to optimize workflows and enhance overall productivity.

- Solution Design and Implementation: Design, configure, and implement SAP PLM solutions, including modules such as Document Management (DMS), Engineering Change Management (ECM), and Recipe Management.

- Develop detailed functional specifications and work with development teams to ensure technical solutions meet business requirements.

- Workflow Optimization: Design and implement robust workflow solutions within SAP PLM to automate and streamline key business processes, such as new product introduction (NPI), engineering change requests, and bill of materials (BOM) management.

- Stakeholder Collaboration: Facilitate workshops, meetings, and discussions with a wide range of stakeholders, including business users, technical teams, and project managers.

- Effectively translate business needs into technical requirements and communicate complex information clearly and concisely.

- Project Management: Utilize established project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) to manage project timelines, deliverables, and resources.

- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- SAP PLM Expertise: A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with SAP PLM modules, including extensive knowledge of Product Lifecycle Management functionalities.

- Proficiency in configuration, customization, and integration of SAP PLM with other SAP modules (e.g., PP, MM, SD) is essential.

- Strong Analytical Skills: The ability to analyze complex business problems, break them down into manageable components, and propose practical, effective solutions.

- You should be able to think critically and logically to assess process gaps and recommend improvements.

- Workflow Design & Optimization: Proven experience in designing and implementing business workflows using SAP Business Workflow or other related tools.

- A solid understanding of process automation and optimization techniques is a must.

- Excellent Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

- You must be able to articulate technical concepts to a non-technical audience and engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

- Project Management: Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.

- You should be comfortable managing multiple tasks, prioritizing effectively, and working in a fast-paced project environment.

- Educational Background: A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

- Problem-Solving: A proactive and results-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
