Job Title: Evaluation Engineer Fresher Batch
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform on-site vehicle inspections after completing 45 days of training.
- Conduct detailed evaluations of vehicles, identifying mechanical, electrical, and structural conditions.
- Assist in estimating repair costs and determining the fair market value of vehicles.
- Maintain accurate documentation and submit inspection reports through the company's proprietary system within the defined timelines.
- Ensure professional communication with customers while maintaining service quality and efficiency.
- Follow daily schedules and assigned inspection routes as per company requirements.
Training Program (45 Days):
- Comprehensive classroom and field training on vehicle inspection, technical evaluation, and report generation.
- Hands-on learning with experienced mentors and real-time inspection scenarios.
- Post successful completion of the 45-day training, candidates will be confirmed as Evaluation Engineers.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Education: ITI / Diploma / Polytechnic in Mechanical, Automobile, or related fields.
- Freshers are welcome; prior experience is not mandatory.
- Must have a valid 2-wheeler and Driving License (DL).
- Should be able to drive both manual and automatic cars.
- Willingness to work on weekends (rotational weekly off provided).
- Good observation, communication, and learning skills.
