Position: DRO Milling Machine Operator

Experience Required: Minimum 2 years

Qualification: ITI / Diploma / Relevant experience in machining

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate conventional milling machine with DRO (Digital Readout System).
  • Set up jobs, adjust machine settings, and ensure accurate machining as per drawings.
  • Read and interpret engineering drawings, tolerances, and measurements.
  • Perform tool selection, setting of cutting speeds and feeds.
  • Carry out precision machining of metal components.
  • Inspect finished parts using calipers, micrometers, vernier and other gauges.
  • Maintain machine cleanliness and perform basic machine maintenance.
  • Ensure production targets and quality standards are met.
  • Follow safety procedures and maintain proper documentation.

Skills Required:

  • Strong knowledge of DRO system and mechanical measurements.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Understanding of material removal processes and tooling.
  • Basic troubleshooting of operational issues.
  • Good discipline, teamwork, and time management.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
