We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Front Office Sr. Associate to join our team at the Godwin Hotel Group, with 0-2 years of experience in the hospitality industry.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Manage front office operations, including reception, concierge, and bell captain duties.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and concerns addressed promptly.
  • Coordinate with other departments, such as housekeeping and maintenance, to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including guest information and transactional data.
  • Develop and implement effective communication strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives and improve hotel performance.

Job Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of front office operations, including reception, concierge, and bell captain procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
