Job Description:

We are hiring an experienced Tele Sales Agent to join our Manjeri office. The role involves handling customer inquiries, following up on leads, and converting them into sales through effective communication and professionalism.

Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls and follow up with potential customers.
  • Explain products, pricing, and benefits clearly.
  • Maintain lead records and prepare daily reports using MS Office.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to achieve monthly targets.

Requirements:

  • Male candidates only.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in tele sales.
  • Good communication skills in Malayalam and basic English.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Target-oriented and confident in handling customer interactions.
