Content Strategist & Writer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation & Innovation:

  • Write and edit high-quality content across formatsblogs, social media posts, web pages, calling scripts, and more.

  • Conceptualize and launch new content initiatives tailored to audience needs and business goals.

  • Performance-Driven Copywriting:

  • Optimize content for mailers, digital ads, product pages, and customer journeys to drive higher CTR and engagement.

  • Ensure all content aligns with brand voice, tone, and guidelines while maintaining clarity and relevance.

  • Quality & Compliance:

  • Review and refine content for accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand standards.

  • Eliminate jargon and ensure language is accessible and impactful.

  • Agency & Vendor Collaboration:

  • Lead outsourced content efforts and manage relationships with external agencies.

  • Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery and quality execution.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Partner with marketing and growth teams to provide content support across campaigns and initiatives.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to manage and evolve existing content properties.
  • Oversee content marketing campaigns for martech platforms (e.g., NotifyVisitors, CleverTap).

Strategic Planning & Execution:

  • Own and manage the content calendar, ensuring timely rollout of planned deliverables.
  • Develop content strategies for new product launches and revamp existing product journeys across digital touchpoints—website, mobile app, SEO, and ads.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 5–6 years of experience in content writing/editing; experience in the insurance industry is a strong plus.
  • Proven expertise in SEO-driven content creation and optimization.
  • Strong campaign management and stakeholder coordination skills.
  • Exceptional command of the English language; proficiency in regional languages is a bonus.
