About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling customer inquiries, and generating leads or appointments. You must have excellent communication skills and a positive attitude toward achieving targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients to promote our services.
  • Handle inbound calls and resolve customer queries efficiently.
  • Maintain customer records and update the database regularly.
  • Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into sales.
  • Provide accurate information about products/services over the phone.
  • Achieve daily and monthly call or sales targets.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service during every interaction.

Requirements:

  • Minimum qualification: 12th pass or graduate.
  • Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English, Hindi, Punjabi preferred).
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
