Role Overview
You will be the face of the Natural Veneers business in your territory—navigating through government departments, private architects, builders, and interior designers. Your day will orbit around project hunting, influencing specifications, and ensuring our veneers find their place in every design conversation.

Key Responsibilities
Project & Specification Sales

  • Identify, track, and convert government, commercial, and private projects for Natural Veneers.
  • Build strong pull-through prescription—ensure our product is specified in BOQs, drawings, and material sheets.
  • Work closely with government bodies (PWD, CPWD, local departments) for product approvals and project pipelines.

Relationship Management

  • Develop long-term, trust-based relationships with architects, interior designers, PMC consultants, and builders.
  • Conduct product demos, technical discussions, and sample presentations.
  • Maintain regular site visits to influence final selections and ensure product movement.

Market Development

  • Map key influencers and decision-makers within the region.
  • Generate new leads through networking, market research, and project intelligence tools.
  • Keep updated on competitor offerings and market trends.

Sales Operations

  • Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets for veneer volume & value.
  • Timely reporting of project status, funnel updates, and site activity.
  • Coordinate with distributors/dealers for stock, availability, and order execution.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Experience: 2–5 years in building material project sales (veneers, laminates, tiles, paint, lighting, or similar).
  • Expertise: Must have hands-on experience with interior designers and government departments.

  • Territory mapping & project tracking
  • Self-driven, confident, and disciplined
  • Education: Graduate / MBA preferred (not mandatory)
