Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and innovative AI/ML Engineer with 4 to 10 years of experience in designing, developing, and deploying machine learning and artificial intelligence solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in statistics, data science, and software engineering, along with hands-on experience in building scalable ML pipelines and models in real-world applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, and deploy scalable ML/AI models to solve complex business problems.
  • Collaborate with data scientists, data engineers, and software developers to integrate models into production environments.
  • Apply supervised and unsupervised learning techniques, deep learning, NLP, and computer vision algorithms.
  • Work with large, complex datasets and perform data cleaning, preprocessing, and feature engineering.
  • Evaluate model performance using appropriate metrics and implement model improvement strategies.
  • Maintain and monitor models in production and retrain as necessary.
  • Stay current with the latest research and trends in AI/ML and apply them when appropriate.
  • Document model design, processes, and performance results clearly for stakeholders

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 410 years of experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or AI engineering roles.
  • Strong programming skills in Python (must-have), and familiarity with libraries like scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, OpenCV, etc.
  • Solid understanding of ML algorithms, model evaluation, and statistical methods.
  • Experience with NLP, computer vision, or recommendation systems is a plus.
  • Proficiency in working with data processing tools (e.g., Pandas, NumPy) and data visualization tools (e.g., Matplotlib, Seaborn).
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure for model deployment.
  • Hands-on experience with MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow) is a strong advantage.
  • Exposure to Docker/Kubernetes for containerized deployments.
  • Experience working with large-scale datasets and SQL/NoSQL databases.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or a related field.
  • Publications, contributions to open-source projects, or participation in ML competitions (e.g., Kaggle) are a plus.

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to explain complex ML concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Collaborative mindset with a strong sense of ownership
