As a Senior Visualizer at Lulu Group India, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and creating high-quality visual assets for various marketing initiatives. This includes digital campaigns, social media, print materials, websites, and email marketing. Your collaboration with the marketing team will be crucial in designing visually appealing presentations, landing pages, advertisements, and social media graphics. Key Responsibilities: - Stay updated on the latest design trends and digital marketing best practices. - Ensure consistency in visual style, brand guidelines, and messaging across all marketing materials. - Work closely with copywriters and marketers to translate messaging into engaging visual concepts for target audiences. - Manage multiple projects simultaneously while upholding a high standard of quality. - Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers to enhance the overall design work within the team. Qualifications Required: - 3-5 years of proven experience in a visual design role. - Robust portfolio showcasing expertise in creating engaging and innovative marketing visuals. - Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Ad Blender, 3D Max, or other relevant design software. - Creative mindset, strong leadership skills, and an understanding of how design impacts user experience and conversion, particularly in web and social media contexts.
