Job Title: AI/ML Engineer – OCR & Document Automation

Experience: 3–4 Years

Qualification-B.Tech/M.Tech in CS/AI/ML/Data Science or equivalent experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and optimize OCR pipelines (Tesseract, PaddleOCR, Google Vision, AWS Textract etc.)
  • Implement layout/table extraction, stamp/signature detection
  • Document preprocessing — denoising, skew correction, enhancement
  • Develop NLP models for classification, entity extraction, metadata structuring
  • Fine-tune models like BERT, LayoutLM, DocFormer, DeBERTa
  • Deploy ML models as scalable microservices (FastAPI/Flask)
  • Integrate with cloud platforms (Google Cloud / Firebase)
  • Work with product & engineering teams to deliver production-grade AI modules

Required Skill

  • Core AI/ML Skills
  • Strong foundation in Python, NumPy, Pandas, OpenCV.
  • Experience with TensorFlow / PyTorch / Hugging Face Transformers.
  • OCR expertise using Tesseract, PaddleOCR, EasyOCR, Google Vision API.
  • Knowledge of Layout models (LayoutLM, DocTr, DocFormer, etc.).
  • Experience with building and deploying ML APIs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹45, ₹55,000.00 per month
