Oracle Database Administrator (DBA)
to join our dynamic team.

If you're experienced in managing mission-critical databases and enjoy working on complex environments with Oracle RAC, Data Guard, and performance tuning — this role is for you


Job Overview

As an
Oracle DBA
, you'll be responsible for database installation, migration, upgrades, performance tuning, and ensuring high availability across our Oracle environments.


Key Responsibilities

  • Perform
    database migration, installation, upgrades, and patching
    .
  • Handle
    performance tuning
    and monitor performance using tools.
  • Manage
    Oracle 12c/18c/19c
    database creation and software installations on
    Unix/Linux and Windows
    environments.
  • Work with
    Grid Infrastructure
    ,
    Clusterware
    ,
    ASM
    ,
    RAC internals
    , and
    Active Data Guard
    in RAC setups.
  • Configure, maintain, and validate
    Data Guard
    and
    backup strategies
    (RMAN, Data Pump, Exports/Imports).
  • Support and mentor the development/database team.
  • Develop
    shell scripts
    for automation and monitoring.
  • Troubleshoot database-related issues and coordinate with
    Oracle Support
    when needed.
  • Contribute to
    capacity planning, disaster recovery
    , and performance optimization.
  • Manage
    identity and access control
    within Oracle environments.


Required Skills & Experience

  • Hands-on experience as an
    Oracle Database Administrator
    .
  • Strong expertise in
    12c/18c/19c
    Oracle environments.
  • Deep knowledge of
    ASM, RAC, Grid Infrastructure
    , and
    Data Guard
    .
  • Proficiency in
    RMAN
    ,
    Data Pump
    ,
    Exports/Imports
    .
  • Familiarity with
    SQL, PL/SQL
    , and
    shell scripting
    .
  • Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and documentation skills.
  • Prior experience with
    SRs and Oracle Technical Support
    .
  • Exposure to
    identity and access management
    systems is a plus.
