Female Computer Operator

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Female Computer Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a range of computer and administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of our office and maintaining accurate data records.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enter, update, and maintain accurate and up-to-date data in computer databases, spreadsheets, and other systems.
  • Handle online filing and digital document management, including scanning and organizing electronic records.
  • Print, scan, and photocopy documents as required by the office.
  • Respond to phone inquiries and assist callers or visitors with basic information
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned by management.Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 12th pass or equivalent; basic computer knowledge is mandatory.Required

Skills and Qualifications

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and internet applications.
  • Fast and accurate typing skills.
  • Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive data.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new software and office processes.

Preferred Experience

  • 1–2 years of computer/data entry experience is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Experience with office productivity software (MS Office, Google Workspace).
  • Experience working in an office environment is a plus.
