Key Responsibilities:

• Academic Leadership:
• Oversee and manage academic programs, ensuring their quality and relevance.
• Develop and implement academic policies and procedures.
• Promote faculty development and support their teaching and research efforts.
• Maintain academic standards and ensure compliance with accreditation requirements.
• Monitor student performance and academic progress.
• Administrative Duties:
• Manage the college's finances, facilities, and resources.
• Oversee student services, including admissions, registration, and counseling.
• Supervise and evaluate faculty and staff performance.
• Represent the college in community and external relationships.
• Fostering a Positive Learning Environment:
• Create a supportive and inclusive environment for students and staff.
• Promote student success and well-being.
• Encourage intellectual curiosity and a passion for learning.
• Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education:
• Master's degree in relevant field is typically required, with a Ph.D. preferred.
• Strong academic background and experience in higher education.
• Experience:
• Proven leadership and administrative experience in a college or university setting.
• Experience in faculty development and curriculum design.
• Experience in managing budgets and resources.
• Skills:
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Ability to motivate and inspire faculty and staff.
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Knowledge of higher education policies and procedures.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50, ₹70,000.00 per month
