As a Control Design Owner you will be end-to-end responsible for designing and driving the controls in line with control objectives.
• The Chief Security Office ensures that all information within Deutsche Bank is adequately protected. We secure our employees, businesses, information assets and client information by responding every day to new threats.

• Identity & Access Management main objective is to ensure secure access to DB assets and providing the right access for the right users at the right time. Within I&A, the Secrets Management capability centrally manages credentials used for machine-to-machine authentication and authorization.
• The Control Owner is responsible for the effective design, implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of control definitions. They oversee the control definition's design and operational effectiveness and can delegate tasks. The Control Owner also triggers attestations for control effectiveness.

Your key responsibilities

• Creating, amending, and retiring control definitions in line with the control objectives
• Outlining the risks addressed by the control definitions and addressing any identified gaps or deficiencies with the control definitions
• Defining control indicators and metrics and setting the criteria and thresholds of metrics before they are tested
• Assessing design effectiveness as part of control assessment and providing input and evidence to the design effectiveness testing process
• Accountable for design, changes, maintenance, monitoring and remediation

Your skills and experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field
• Related certifications achievement in cyber security, would give an advantage
• Proven experience (5+ years) in Control Owner role, preferably on a cyber security product in Banking industry
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and negotiate at all levels of the organization
• Experience working in Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) and related collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) with a clear delivery focus
