About the Role

We're building a new-age job platform that connects candidate and employers in real time — designed for web, mobile, and AI-powered features.

We're looking for a hands-on Full-Stack JavaScript Developer who can work across (web), React Native (mobile), and Supabase (backend) to bring this platform to life.

You'll work closely with our designer (Figma AI-based designs ready) and the founding team to deliver a modern, scalable product that will later expand globally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Convert Figma UI designs into functional web app pages.
  • Build and maintain mobile apps using React Native + Expo.
  • Integrate Supabase backend (Auth, DB, Storage, API).
  • Work on modular UI, reusable components, and clean code practices.
  • Optimize app performance (FlatList, caching, lazy loading).
  • Collaborate with design and backend for smooth API integration.
  • Participate in 2-week sprint cycles for feature releases.
  • Deploy web apps (Vercel) and mobile apps (Play Store).

Required Skills

Frontend: , , Tailwind CSS, TypeScript

Mobile: React Native (Expo SDK 50+)

Backend / Database: Supabase or Firebase / PostgreSQL

Other Skills: REST APIs, Git, Deployment (Vercel / Expo)

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in React / / React Native development.
  • Good understanding of database and API integration.

  • Ability to work independently and meet timelines.
