Job Title: Sales & Operations Manager – Fabric Trading
Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Operations Manager to oversee our sales team and staff in a growing fabric trading business. The role involves managing and motivating salesmen, monitoring performance, streamlining operations, and driving strategies to increase sales and expand our customer base. The manager will also play a key role in recruiting, training, and developing sales staff to achieve company goals.

Key Responsibilities
Sales Management
• Supervise and guide salesmen to ensure sales targets are consistently met.
• Monitor and evaluate individual and team performance, providing coaching where needed.
• Develop sales strategies to expand into new markets and attract new customers.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Staff Management
• Manage and oversee all staff operations to ensure smooth business functioning.
• Assist in hiring, onboarding, and training new sales staff.
• Allocate tasks, set schedules, and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Create a positive and motivating work environment for the team.
Business Growth & Operations
• Identify new sales channels and partnerships to grow the business.
• Analyze sales data and prepare performance reports for management.
• Recommend and implement process improvements to optimize efficiency.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and handle escalated client concerns.

Key Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
• Proven experience in sales management, preferably in textiles, fabrics, or trading sector.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to think strategically and deliver measurable results.
