We're seeking a dynamic Planning Engineer to shape and drive schedules for our industrial and civil construction ventures, from inception through execution. You'll build schedules, anticipate risks, and ensure our industrial construction projects stay on time and budget.

Responsibilities:

Preparing project schedules and timelines

Monitoring project progress against plans

Resource planning (manpower, materials, machinery)

Preparing and tracking budgets & cost estimates

Coordinating between site teams, contractors, and clients

Identifying risks & delays and suggesting corrective actions

Using project management software (Primavera P6, MS Project, etc.)

Create detailed plans and Gantt schedules; develop baselines and resource histograms

Conduct site scope definition and systematic WBS setup

Analyze critical path, update schedules, and manage changes using MS Project and Excel

Compile progress and risk reports, manage EVM, and support delay claims or recovery scheduling

Qualifications:

  • BE in Civil with 8 years' industrial building/construction planning
  • Strong MS Project & MS Office skills
  • Proven expertise in CPM, resource leveling, earned value techniques, risk handling, and recovery planning
