Then we would love to get to know you What you will work on · Lead a talented engineering team& build/enhance the technology platform for agriculture insurance· Build new and exciting components inan ever -growing and evolving insurance  technology to provide scale and efficiency.· Develop high -quality,production -ready code that can be used by thousands of users of our platform· Make design decisions on the basis ofperformance, scalability, and future expansion.· Provide technical leadership tomobile and web development engineers. Help level up the team; share knowledge,conduct code and design review; drive code quality and process improvementinitiatives. · Write clean and well -abstracted codethat you are proud of, with extensibility and performance in mind. · Work in cross functional teams withproduct managers, UX designers and QA engineers to ship quality softwareon -time· Collaborate with product management,leadership, research and other teams to create the technical vision, and roadmap for the team.· Contribute to all phases of SDLCincluding design, implementation, code reviews, automation, and testing of thefeatures.· Build efficient components/algorithmson a microservice cloud environment· Code review, mentoring juniorengineers, and providing technical guidance to the team  What we look for: · Proven track record of building andshipping high -quality technology components with a minimum of 8 years ofexperience preferably in Java, Spring Boot and JPA.· Integration experience preferablyusing Kafka, Camunda and distributed caching is a nice to have.· Deep knowledge in selecting,configuring and integrating 3rd party SaaS or COTS solutions as well ascoordinating the development of such solutions· Technical skills include Hands -ondevelopment on Java, Python, or NodeJS· Strong SQL skills and experience andexperience with relational and non -relational databases e.g.(Postgres/Oracle/Mongo).· Broad experience in buildinginterfaces between (cloud) solutions (Azure/AWS), API management anddevelopment.· Detailed real -world experience withScrum or similar agile methodologies· Experience with the Docker,Kubernetes, Azure, Azure Infra, and DevSecOps.· Experience in Debugging andMonitoring the application.· At least 2 years of experiencemanaging high -output engineering teams with 5+ members.· Outstanding communication skills andemotional intelligence You will be a great fit in the team if: · You've got positive energy.
