Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Medical Representative (MR) to promote our products to healthcare professionals and institutions. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for healthcare, and the ability to build strong professional relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and hospital staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell pharmaceutical or healthcare products to doctors and pharmacists.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets in assigned territory.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in the medical community.
  • Organize meetings, presentations, and product demos with potential clients.
  • Ensure timely reporting of daily activity and sales figures.
  • Stay updated on new product developments and competitor activities.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, delivery, and after-sales support.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or related field.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and market trends.
  • Ability to travel frequently within assigned territory.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools and CRM software.

Preferred Skills:

  • Prior experience in pharmaceutical sales or healthcare marketing.
  • Fluency in local language(s) and English.
  • Positive attitude and high energy level.
  • Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
