Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end sales for plotting and land development projects.
  • Conduct structured site visits, explaining layouts, pricing, developments, and project highlights.
  • Maintain consistent follow-ups to convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
  • Prepare and share project presentations, pricing sheets, and inventory updates.
  • Coordinate with CRM, marketing, documentation, and post-sales teams.
  • Engage with channel partners and brokers to drive additional traffic and leads.
  • Ensure smooth on-site customer experience and assist with booking documentation.

Skills Required

  • Strong experience in plotting/land sales (preferred).
  • Excellent field communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage customers independently and build trust quickly.
  • Comfortable handling both field and office-based responsibilities.
