We are seeking a qualified and experienced accountant to join our team in a manufacturing company. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background in finance and proven experience in managing GST-related tasks within the manufacturing sector.

Educational Qualifications· Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com), Master of Commerce (M.Com), or MBA (Finance)

Experience Requirements· Minimum 3 to 5 years of accounting experience in a manufacturing company

Key Responsibilities· Prepare, file, and maintain GST returns in compliance with relevant laws and regulations

· Maintain accurate records of all GST transactions and supporting documentation

· Coordinate with tax consultants and auditors during GST audits and assessments

· Monitor and reconcile GST accounts regularly to ensure proper reporting

· Stay updated with changes in GST laws and regulations affecting the manufacturing sector

· Assist in general accounting tasks such as bookkeeping, preparing financial statements, and month-end closing

· Support internal controls and ensure accurate financial reporting

Skills and Knowledge· Strong understanding of GST laws, procedures, and documentation requirements

· Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel

· Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

· Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team

· Good communication and interpersonal skills

· Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
