  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote financial products such as loans, credit cards, or insurance.
  • Explain product details, eligibility criteria, and documentation requirements clearly.
  • Generate and maintain a pipeline of leads; follow up on inquiries and leads shared by the sales team.
  • Handle inbound calls, respond to customer queries, and provide accurate information.
  • Maintain detailed records of calls, follow-ups, and customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Coordinate with field sales and operations teams to ensure smooth loan processing.
  • Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.
  • Handle customer feedback and escalate unresolved issues to the relevant department
