Role Overview: HR Coordinator

We are looking for a proactive, responsible, and confident HR Coordinator to oversee HR intern activities and support smooth functioning of HR operations at Sanyukt Organisation.

This role is perfect for someone who has completed HR internships before and is ready to take a leadership & coordination step in their HR journey.

Key Responsibilities

As an HR Coordinator, you will:

Recruitment & Team Coordination

Recruit and onboard HR interns across different batches.

Conduct or support induction sessions for new joiners.

Assign tasks to interns and clarify weekly expectations.

HR Operations & Tracking

Maintain and update tracking sheets, databases, and attendance/ performance records.

Monitor intern deliverables and ensure timely submission.

Manage documentation and maintain confidentiality of HR records.

Engagement & Recognition

Organize virtual HR meetings, training sessions, and feedback discussions.

Support performance reviews and recognition activities.

Prepare simple reports or weekly updates for HR management.

Communication & Support

Serve as a point of contact for HR intern queries.

Ensure smooth communication between HR interns, coordinators, and the HR Manager.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

1–3 months of HR internship experience (mandatory).

Pursuing or completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills.

Strong organizational abilities and time management.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and basic documentation.

Ability to work independently, stay consistent, and maintain confidentiality.
