  • Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure compliance with approved policies and drive Business Continuity Management System (BCMS) implementation. Participate in Business Continuity Planning (BCP) drills and maintain ISO BCMS 22301 certification.
  • Product Management: Coordinate product launch processes, including documentation and presentations. Monitor product limits and maintain a Product Risk Register.
  • Team Leadership & Training: Develop and train sales teams to deliver results that meet organizational expectations.
  • Required Skills & Qualifications Experience: 6–8 years in insurance operations, risk management, or related fields.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; additional certifications in insurance or risk management are advantageous.
  • Skills: Strong analytical abilities, communication skills, and proficiency in policy administration and compliance.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to lead teams, manage relationships, and drive business growth.
