Civil Site Engineer

Location:

Aurangabad Airport, Aurangabad, Maharashtra

(Base location: Aurangabad – candidate must be available full-time at the project site)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise day-to-day site activities to ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
  • Monitor and manage civil works, including earthwork, concreting, formwork, reinforcement, finishing, and allied construction activities.
  • Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and labour teams to ensure smooth progress of work.
  • Maintain site records such as work progress reports, labour deployment, site diaries, and checklists.
  • Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, quality assurance procedures, and environmental standards at site.
  • Assist in preparing measurements for billing, contractor bills verification, and submission of site-related documents.
  • Report daily progress and issues to the Project Manager/Resident Engineer.
  • Liaise with consultants, client representatives, and internal teams for inspections, approvals, and clarifications.
  • Identify site hindrances, delays, and suggest practical solutions to keep the project on schedule.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering.
  • 1–3 years of experience in site execution of civil engineering projects (freshers with strong academic background may also apply).
  • Knowledge of construction drawings, BOQs, site supervision, and quality checks.
  • Familiarity with airport/infrastructure projects will be an added advantage.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and basic construction management tools preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving ability, interpersonal communication, and leadership skills.
  • Willingness to work full-time at project site in Aurangabad.
