This service caters to the who's who of the society who chooses to seek a Relationship Manager's help in finding a suitable match. We have efficient Relationship Managers who find joy and pride in helping our members find their soul mate.
Role Review:
The Relationship Executive is responsible for understanding customer requirements, meeting service metric guidelines, retaining customers, converting prospects and assisting them in finding suitable partners. The role will be responsible for HNI Sales & Customer Service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcoming the customer on-board and creating a Member Profile.
- Meetings with Customer at his Residence / Office to gain in depth knowledge about partner preferences.
- Understanding the member choice, expectations and identifying the uniqueness of the Member.
- Searching, screening, short listing, establishing contact, initiating meeting between members and creating success stories.
- Up-selling
- Maintaining good rapport with the member; providing the right 'Elite' experience and delivering quality service.
