The Role:

We are seeking a proactive and driven Internal HR professional to join our team. This role is crucial for our company's growth, as you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring the recruiters who will serve our client companies. The position involves approximately 90% recruitment and 10% operational activities, along with fostering a positive work environment through employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for internal recruiter positions.
  • Source candidates through various channels, including job portals, social media, and networking.
  • Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidates.
  • Manage a portion of daily operational activities to support the recruitment and business functions.
  • Plan and execute employee engagement activities to enhance team morale and retention.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • MBA in Human Resources is preferred.
  • Freshers with a strong foundational understanding of recruitment processes are welcome to apply.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are a must.
  • A proactive attitude and a keen eye for talent.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Immediate joiners are preferred.
