Accounts Manager - Male

As a Senior Accounts Manager in our organization , you will oversee financial transactions and accounting operations for our chit fund business. You will ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency, and provide insights to management for informed decisions.

Responsibilities:

  • Financial Accounting and Reporting: Maintain accurate records, prepare financial statements, generate reports, and ensure compliance with accounting standards and chit fund regulations.
  • Financial product Operations: Manage accounting aspects of financial products such as (Insurance, Loans, Mutual Funds) including contributions, auction proceeds, disbursements, and calculations. Ensure accurate processing of transactions and reconcile accounts
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: budget preparation, monitor performance, provide variance analysis, and identify areas for cost optimization.
  • Audit and Compliance: Coordinate audits, ensure compliance with company policies and regulations, and implement internal controls.
  • Taxation: Ensure compliance with tax laws, prepare tax returns, and stay updated on relevant changes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of accounting experience, preferably in the financial services industry is must.
  • Manage accounting aspects of financial products such as (Insurance, Loans, Mutual Funds) is must
  • Strong understanding of Indian GAAP and financial reporting.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite, especially MS Excel.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
