About the Role:
We're seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Engineer to manage, monitor, and optimize our hybrid cloud environment. This role involves maintaining Windows and AWS infrastructure, ensuring performance, security, and scalability across systems and networks. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to drive automation, enhance reliability, and strengthen cybersecurity practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and analyze IT infrastructure performance, identifying improvement areas and implementing upgrades.
Manage Windows Server (20xx), Active Directory, and hybrid cloud networking.
Oversee AWS environments with multiple accounts, focusing on VPC design, routing, EC2 sizing, and automation.
Strengthen Windows security, manage multiple domains, and support vulnerability management initiatives.
Administer VMware ESX environments and manage Veeam backups.
Implement automation and configuration management using Terraform, Ansible, and PowerShell scripting.
Maintain and troubleshoot on-premise hardware (IBM/Lenovo) with SAN/iSCSI storage.
Manage alerting, capacity, and configuration systems to ensure operational efficiency.
Support DevOps and CI/CD environments, providing technical assistance to development teams.
Configure and troubleshoot networks, firewalls, VPNs, and Palo Alto systems.
Apply IT security best practices, including IAM, ACL, and security group management.
Integrate monitoring and observability tools such as AppDynamics, Nagios, SNMP, and SIEM solutions.
Participate in ITIL-driven processes and documentation.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Strong hands-on experience with Windows Server 20xx, AD, and hybrid cloud networking.
Proven AWS management experience with automation and infrastructure design.
Proficiency in VMware, Veeam, Terraform, Ansible, and PowerShell.
Familiarity with Palo Alto firewalls, IBM Storwize, and network troubleshooting.
Understanding of cybersecurity frameworks (PCI DSS, finance, or secured network environments).
Experience with DevOps tools, CI/CD pipelines, and application virtualization (.NET Core).
Knowledge of Tripwire, CyberArk, and AppDynamics is an advantage.
Strong Linux administration skills.
Relevant certifications (Microsoft, AWS, VMware) preferred.
Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Pay: ₹2,200, ₹2,400,000.00 per year
