Our Hotel Department focuses on delivering competitive rates, wide selection, and exceptional
service to our B2B partners.
Role Overview
The Inside Sales Executive will be responsible for driving hotel bookings and revenue through
proactive tele-sales, account management, and exceptional customer service for our network of
travel partners. This role requires strong product knowledge, negotiation skills, and
relationship-building abilities.
Key Responsibilities
1. Manage inbound and outbound calls to travel partners to promote hotel products
and offers.
2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing travel agents and
onboard new partners.
3. Update agents on promotional campaigns, seasonal deals, and new hotel tie-ups.
4. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM.
5. Handle escalations related to hotel bookings and provide quick resolutions.
6. Analyze sales trends and provide feedback to the management for strategy
enhancement.
Requirements
- 14 years of experience in inside sales, preferably in the travel & tourism,insurance&
Telecom iindustry (hotel sales experience is a plus).
- Strong knowledge of domestic & international hotel products.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.
