Requirements
- Must have experiance working in large fromat stores.
-Must have handled team above 40 ppl.
-Must have Experince in handling customer grevience and customer service

-Ensure smooth functioning of the Houskeeping activities, security ,other vendor and agency managment
-Liaison with RTO,Civil police for parking requirments
Ensure all statutory compliances and administartion document are met.
Ensure building licenses are proper.
-Maintain all the Govt related documents/ liscense to ensure smooth operation.
- Responsible for PNL
-Ensure all store requirment are made avaialbe all time
Customer service -
-Ensure Customer service and grevience are handled in appropriate way
-Ensure all stores /customer requirment are made available all the time
-Responsible for NPS and Enrollemnts
Team handling
- Counduct daily briefing with team.
- Shift , break and leave planning to ensure adequate manpower available all the time.
