  11. Ensure that wiring and assembly work meets industry standards, company procedures, and customer requirements.

  19. Use personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow established procedures for handling electrical components and tools.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical education or training in electrical systems preferred.

  • Experience in electrical wiring, assembly, or panel building, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.

  • Familiarity with electrical codes, regulations, and safety standards (e.g., NEC, UL, CSA).

  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical schematics and blueprints.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in workmanship.

  • Ability to use hand and power tools effectively and safely.

  • Good problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot electrical issues.

  • Effective communication and teamwork skills.

  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
