Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the financial aspects of the Food and Beverage department, including cost control, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock management.
- Implement and maintain effective inventory control procedures.
- Analyze food and beverage costs and variances, and take corrective actions as needed.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with the procurement team to negotiate pricing and contracts with suppliers.
- Prepare monthly financial reports and present findings to senior management.
- Work closely with the Executive Chef and Food and Beverage Manager to optimize menu pricing and profitability.
- Train and mentor staff on proper inventory management procedures.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in food and beverage cost control.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Food and Beverage Controller or similar role in the hospitality industry.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of food and beverage cost control principles and techniques.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹24, ₹30,379.46 per month
