Responsibilities:


•       Ensure smooth business operations at the outlet; with a keen eye on quality, cleanliness & adherence to SOP's


•       
Build a culture of excellent hospitality, guest servicing and escalation management


•       
Lead by example & ensure brand guidelines

& operating standards are followed at all times, with an audit score of 85% +


•       Develop & train team members and continuously upskill them


•       Achieve store revenue & business targets


•       
Increase guest engagement for upselling and high-quality reviews / feedback


•       Making daily & monthly MIS reports as per systems & software provided

Experience and desirables:


•       
Graduate / MBA / Diploma in Hotel management / Aviation / Sales & Marketing / Retail Management


•       
Experience in Spa, Salon, Retail, F&B, Hospitality, Hotels & QSR preferred


•       
Should possess excellent communication skills, while maintaining high standards of hospitality


•       
Strong customer relationship skills


•       Team player with high degree of empathy
