Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, Architecture or related field preferred
Key Skills: Lead generation, Strong sales & communication skills, Coordination & product management skills etc.
Salary: 20 – 25k + Incentives
- Male candidates preferred.
- Drive sales at assigned studio, acting as an independent entrepreneur.
- 10+ successful client showroom visits/month.
- 5+ confirmed business conversions/month.
- Guide clients on product choices with strong interior design aesthetics knowledge.
- Generate 25 qualified leads/month through data, references, and outreach.
- Convert 15+ leads into projects/orders monthly.
- Coordinate with operations team on order delivery, purchase, sales tracking, and payments.
- Support other studios for seamless customer service.
- Experience in sales, interior design, or related field.
- Knowledge of building interior products (plywood, hardware, furnishing, furniture, etc.).
- Strong understanding of customer needs and preferences.
