Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Teacher located in Model Town. The Teacher will be responsible for preparing lesson plans, delivering lectures, and assessing student performance. Duties include creating a supportive and engaging learning environment, maintaining classroom discipline, and coordinating with parents and staff. Additional responsibilities include participating in staff meetings and professional development opportunities, and adapting teaching methods to meet diverse student needs.

Qualifications

  • Lesson Planning, Curriculum Development, and Classroom Management skills
  • Experience in student assessment and adapting teaching methods to meet diverse needs
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with parents, staff, and administration
  • Relevant teaching credentials and certifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
  • Experience in the non-profit sector or in community development is a plus
