We're looking for a
Frontend Developer
to help us build sleek, responsive UIs in
ReactJS
— someone who cares about performance, accessibility, and bringing Figma designs to life pixel-perfectly.

What You'll Do :

  • Develop responsive, component-driven user interfaces using
    ReactJS
    (hooks, context API, and functional components).
  • Architect and maintain global state with Redux using Thunk or Saga middleware.
  • Leverage libraries like Ant Design, Material-UI, or Bootstrap, or build custom reusable components.
  • Convert Figma designs into clean, semantic HTML5 and CSS3 using Flexbox and CSS Grid — matching mockups exactly.
  • Design adaptive layouts for all devices, following accessibility standards (ARIA roles, keyboard navigation, etc.).
  • Identify front-end bottlenecks, lazy-load assets, and fine-tune bundle sizes for efficient rendering.
  • Work closely with designers, backend engineers, and product managers to align on vision and implementation.
  • Write unit/integration tests (Jest, React Testing Library) and contribute to CI pipelines and component documentation.

Required Skills & Experience :

  • ReactJS (1–2 years): Production experience with functional components, hooks, and context API.
  • Redux: Solid experience in global state management and async flows using Thunk or Saga.
  • JavaScript (ES6+): Strong grasp of closures, prototypes, async/await, and module systems.
  • HTML & CSS: Expert-level knowledge in semantic HTML5, Flexbox, CSS Grid, and responsive design.
  • Design Systems: Experience working with Antd, Material-UI, or custom-built component libraries.
  • UI/UX Principles: Ability to evaluate and iterate on designs for usability, accessibility, and performance.
  • Proficient in Git workflows (GitHub or GitLab).

Nice-to-Have :

  • Design Tool Fluency: Familiarity with Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
  • Performance Profiling: Experience using Lighthouse, React Profiler, or Chrome DevTools to identify rendering issues and improve performance.
