Manager – Taxation (CA qualified)

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee
    GST and other Indirect Tax laws
    , Direct Tax matters, and overall
    tax compliance
    .
  • Handle
    tax planning, audits, appeals, and advisory
    across GST, Service Tax, VAT, Excise, and Customs.
  • Collaborate with the
    Finance and Accounting teams
    for accurate tax reporting and provisioning.
  • Guide and mentor internal teams on taxation and compliance updates.
  • Coordinate with tax authorities for
    approvals, registrations, and clarifications
    .
  • Conduct
    tax risk assessments
    , support during audits, and ensure timely filing and documentation.
  • Advise management on
    tax-efficient business decisions
    and provide strategic tax insights.
  • Execute
    ERP-based tax validation
    (ITC runs, TDS applicability checks, tax % validation, etc.).

What We're Looking For

  • CA qualification
    (mandatory).
  • Strong knowledge of
    Indirect Taxation
    (GST, Customs, Excise) and working understanding of
    Direct Tax laws
    .
  • Excellent command over
    MS Excel
    and analytical computations.
  • Strong
    communication, interpersonal, and time management
    skills.
  • Ability to
    work under pressure
    and meet strict deadlines.
  • Passion for continuous learning and staying updated with tax law amendments.
