Customer Service Executive – Loan Processing (Australian Residential Mortgage)

Shift Timing: Morning Shift (5 AM – 2 PM IST)

Location: Kolkata

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer queries related to Australian residential mortgage applications.
• Assist customers through the loan processing lifecycle – application, documentation, verification, and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with internal teams (credit assessors, verification, and settlement teams) to ensure timely processing.
• Provide accurate updates to customers on their loan status, repayment details, and related services.
• Ensure compliance with Australian mortgage policies and lender guidelines.
• Maintain detailed records in CRM systems with high accuracy and confidentiality.
• Deliver excellent customer experience by resolving queries in a professional and empathetic manner.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in international voice process (preferably Australian mortgage or financial services).
• Strong communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
• Familiarity with residential mortgage products, loan types, and processing steps.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
• Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and attention-to-detail skills.
