Role Description

The ideal candidate will combine
strong backend development expertise (Django)
with
hands-on experience in Azure DevOps
, CI/CD automation, and
enterprise application deployment
across hybrid environments.

You will play a key role in architecting and deploying MyBizz ERP solutions — both in the cloud and on customer-managed servers..

Key Responsibilities

Backend Development (Django):

  • Design, build, and maintain scalable
    Django-based enterprise modules and REST APIs
    .
  • Optimize backend logic, data processing, and API response times.
  • Integrate MyBizz ERP services with third-party enterprise systems and APIs.

Azure DevOps & Deployment:

  • Develop and manage
    CI/CD pipelines
    for both
    on-premises and Azure cloud environments
    .
  • Automate build, test, and deployment workflows using
    Azure DevOps
    ,
    Docker
    , and
    Kubernetes
    .
  • Configure infrastructure for high-availability, security, and performance optimization.
  • Work with IT/Infra teams for versioning, patch deployment, and system monitoring.

Enterprise System Integration & Deployment:

  • Plan and execute
    deployment of large-scale applications
    similar to
    SAP, Dynamics 365, NetSuite, or Oracle ERP
    .
  • Implement data migration, upgrade, and rollback strategies.
  • Ensure seamless integration between cloud and customer-managed systems.
  • Maintain documentation for deployment architecture, versioning, and configuration

Required Skills & Experience

  • 2+ years of proven experience in
    Python and Django
    .
  • Strong expertise in
    Azure DevOps
    (Pipelines, Repos, Artifacts, Boards).
  • Solid understanding and experience in implementation of on-premises and cloud (Azure) deployment models.
  • Experience with
    large enterprise systems
    such as
    SAP, Dynamics, NetSuite, or equivalent
    .
  • Proficiency in
    Docker
    ,
    Kubernetes
    ,
    Git
    , and
    Linux-based environments
    .
  • Database skills with
    PostgreSQL/MySQL
    , and familiarity with caching (Redis).
  • Strong understanding of
    CI/CD automation

  • Experience in
    API-based integrations
    with ERP or financial systems.
  • Exposure to
    microservices
    and
    distributed architecture
